A: V.P.I. Canada Limited warrants these sunglasses and reading glasses against breakage due to defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty. Removing lenses from frames voids warranty.
Q: “How do I return defective merchandise?”
A: Claims for shortages or damages must be made within 3 days of receipt of shipment. No returns for credit, exchanges only. Contact us for authorization to return any defective merchandise.
